Registration Fees

Tutorials (Optional): The FCMN 2026 organizers have scheduled four (4) limited seating tutorials. All will take place on Monday, March 16, 2026. Advance registration is required and space is limited to 20 people per tutorial. Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Topics covered: Metrology Techniques, Advanced Packaging, XPS, and TEM/STEM.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If for any reason you cannot attend FCMN 2026 (International Conference on Frontiers of Characterization and Metrology for Nanoelectronics) you must contact AVS at 530-896-0477, heather@avs.org by February 23, 2026, to receive a refund, less a $100.00 processing fee. No refunds can be given for cancellations after February 23, 2026.
